Rich has 25 years' experience in technical product development, specialising in the deployment of AI within complex, highly-regulated environments.
With extensive experience as a senior leader managing the development of products including regulated medical devices incorporating bespoke machine learning models, SaaS platforms and AI-driven fintech products, he brings a risk-aware perspective to AI adoption, ensuring technical innovation never compromises ethical integrity or compliance.
He has defined processes to comply with multiple complex regulatory requirements and standards including ISO 27001, ISO 14971 (Risk Management for Medical Devices), HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, ISO 42001 (AI Management Systems) and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
He holds postgraduate credentials in AI Ethics & Compliance and Innovation Management from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School.

Chris provides more than 25 years of consultancy expertise, focusing on organisational transformation and the practical adoption of cutting-edge technology for major global brands.
He specialises in bridging the gap between rudimentary AI implementation and autonomous operations, with proven experience delivering measurable value for organisations like Adobe, adidas, and Philips.
He holds postgraduate credentials in AI & Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
